Logitech G513 Software Download and Drivers Update – Mechanical keyboard options are now much more complete for manufacturers like Logitech because Logitech has a much more excellent mechanical keyboard with gaming-specific frameless features. Physically G413 and G513 have the same shape. Both are full-size mechanical keyboards. This keyboard has media control functionality using the Fn key combined with the F1-F12 keys. The sales package has 12 additional keycaps that can be used during gaming. This keycap has different contours, so it is easy to distinguish.
Keyboard Features
Logitech says the tactile switches under the Romer-G Tactile have “extremely gentle tactile feedback during actuation for gamers who prefer direct feedback.” At the same time, the Romer-G linear keys will “give the user a smooth keystroke.” The G413 also has a Romer-G brand switch, but there’s only one option. There’s also an emphasis on materials here: the G513 is constructed of magnesium alloy and features a leatherette wrist rest.
The G513 keyboard also uses Lightsync RGB technology and features 16.8 million colors as well. The Lightsync feature offers preset for certain popular games like Fortnight. There’s nothing radical here to distinguish the features of this new mechanical keyboard from a series like the one from the Razer Chroma. Still, if you’re someone who has the type of person who likes to type in a rainbow every shift, you’ll probably be very satisfied.
As for connectivity, the G513 is equipped with a USB 2.0 option. Other features include a USB passthrough with one port, 26 rollover keys, a gaming mode to disable Windows keys so users can avoid accidental pressing (Anti-Ghosting), onboard memory for storing lighting profiles, and additional keys for W, A, S, D, as well as several other buttons that are important in many games.
