Logitech G Pro X Superlight Mouse Review

Logitech G Pro X Superlight Software, Driver, Manual Guide – Logitech released a gaming mouse called the G Pro X Superlight, which from the name, suggests that this is a very light device. It weighs only 63 grams and is one of the most lightweight wireless gaming mice today. They could achieve this weight without needing a perforated body design which Logitech found odd.

Mouse Design

Design-wise, the G Pro X Superlight is a very minimalistic mouse. It doesn’t even look like a gaming mouse, which usually has a flashy design, complete with colorful RGB lights. The G Pro X Superlight is not like that.

There is nothing wrong with this minimalist design because the most important thing is that the mouse is comfortable to hold and does not hinder gaming activities. This is fulfilled in the G Pro X Superlight.

G Pro X Superlight Features

This wireless mouse has a special dongle to connect to a PC and charge via the micro USB port. This charging port is probably one of the few drawbacks of this mouse.

The first is the use of micro USB because nowadays, there are more and more devices with USB-C ports. Then this port also uses a special design. As a result, charging cannot be done using an ordinary micro USB cable and must use the default cable.

If you look at the bottom, that’s where all the greatness of the G Pro X Superlight is stored. A Hero sensor has a sensitivity of 25,600 DPI, paired with ‘legs’ made of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to ensure smooth movement on the mouse pad. A small door is also at the bottom for storing the wireless receiver.

Performance

Logitech G Hub software is needed to maximize the mouse’s performance, where users can adjust the functions of existing buttons, storing up to 5 profiles. When used to playing games, you will feel like you are not holding the mouse. What’s more, if you use a heavy mouse for everyday use.

FPS genre games like CS:GO or open-world RPG games like Genshin Impact can be played with fun using G Pro X Superlight, which is very responsive. This lightweight seems suitable for gamers who usually play games with long durations, for example, more than 3 hours, because even though the difference in weight may not be significant, it will still be felt if used for a long time.

The battery life is claimed to reach 70 hours, and without RGB lights or other power-consuming features, the G Pro X Superlight can easily achieve this claim. Oh yeah, we didn’t manage to drain the battery of this mouse during a few days of testing.
